Gom Jabbar is a podcast about the Dune universe, hosted by Abu and Leo since 2020. It covers Frank Herbert's novels, Denis Villeneuve's films and the HBO series Dune: Prophecy.
Episodes range from lore deep dives on characters, factions and worlds to interviews, listener mailbags and original research from the Frank Herbert collection at Cal State Fullerton. Over six years, the show's book club read all six of Herbert's Dune novels chapter by chapter.
Guests have included Patrice Vermette, the Oscar-winning production designer of Dune: Part One; Alison Schapker, showrunner of Dune: Prophecy; and writer and podcaster Jason Concepcion of Binge Mode.
